This mini laptop comes from the same manufacturer of the retro gaming pocket computer Hand 386 and the compact notebook Book 8088. In fact, the Pocket 386 has the same configuration as the Hand 386, with a 40MHz 386 SX chip, 8MB of RAM, a discrete VGA card, and a Yamaha sound card.
